For many years I worked in the role of a Senior Speech Pathologist with NSW Health and was responsible for Speech Pathology services across a variety of community health sites and hospital facilities. Central to this role was provision of clinical supervision to speech pathology staff across the department. This involved mentoring and supervision of new graduates through to experienced clinicians, development of learning plans, and teaching through workplace learning and tutorials.
I have a broad range of clinical experience spanning many years of practice in paediatric communication and feeding difficulties, including complex caseloads, early intervention, multidisciplinary and interprofessional team work.
I can support you in your work with babies and infants, pre-linguistic skills, early language stimulation, parent-child interaction, social-emotional development, paediatric feeding, articulation and phonology, CAS, ASD, preschool language, pretend play, stuttering, school-age language, literacy intervention, trauma informed care.
